Day 22: The Slow Plateau

There’s nothing like your weight plateauing to make you sigh. I know it’s not forever, and that I’ll lose weight eventually. As people say: I didn’t put on four stone instantly, so why should I lose it instantly? But I wish I could of course.

By the way, I’ve stopped posting about these blogs because they are super-boring and are mainly for me to remain accountable! But thank you for reading them anyway.


  1. My friend, whom I mentioned in an earlier post, used to say it is the hard fat, which is more difficult and takes to burn.

    1. My body seems to be mostly squishy fat!
